Technical 1. Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance service, and complete installation/relocation start-up services of Lam‘s complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites. 2. Perform analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, conduct diagnostics, isolate issues to the component level, and take corrective actions or request assistance to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions. 3. Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through learning, training, and certification. 4. Maintain records and reports to coordinate activities between Lam and the customer. 5. Serve as a subject matter expert, representing Lam to our valued customers, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. 6. Transparently discuss opportunities and challenges with customer to increase trust. 7. Update customer on status of Lam tools as needed. Leadership 1. May Provide on-site instruction to sub-contractors and customers. Customer Relation 1. Professionally represent the company to the customer. As a Laboratory Service Engineer at Lam, you‘re a pivotal force in maintaining and upgrading equipment in our applications lab. It’s not the typical lab; you’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration. You‘ll support innovative equipment providing installation and documentation, making you an integral part of our technology‘s success. In this role, you will contribute to concept and feasibility hardware to enhance current and develop next generation of semiconductor equipment for our customers. - Operate in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment. - Ensure safe handling of hazardous gas and liquid materials using required Personal Protective Equipment. - Partner with cross-functional teams – including process development, hardware, and software engineering – on R&D activities, customer demos, and supporting equipment. - Install and provide support for prototype equipment, developing procedures and documentation. - Maintain alignment on priorities across tasks that vary from dynamic to consistent with clear and proactive communications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience; or Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent military training with 7+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience troubleshooting electrical, electro-mechanical, fluidic systems, and vacuum systems. - Proficient use of a variety of hand tools and electronic test equipment for maintenance, repair, and assembly tasks. - Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment, or cleanroom suit. - Semiconductor industry experience or understanding of Lam products is a plus.

1.擬定生產計畫，規劃生產排程，並評估人力、機器設備、零件原物料之需求。 2.負責作業中的產銷協調，包含客戶需求與實際生產的內容規劃與聯繫。 3.考量現況作業人員能力、機器限制、生產計劃與生產進度等因素，進行適當工作分配與溝通。 4.提出關於步驟操作、原料分配、設備安排等相關修正建議，以增加產能或提升品質。 5.整理並分析整體生產記錄報告，中間針對交期對生產進度進行追蹤、催查及管制。 6.計算工時與分析，製作工時報表與後續規劃。 7.需具備ERP系統操作相關經驗；若有MES系統相關使用經驗者佳。 8.具備機械製圖基礎識圖能力者佳。 9.廠務及庶務協助。 10.完成主管交辦事項或任務。 11.若因工作業務需求，需能配合加班。 **依實際相關工作經驗敘薪**

1.執行各種設備( 電子、電機、機械 )功能測試，以確保機台功能測試結果符合LAM設備規格 2.針對設備測試問題，執行故障排除，並與相關部門合作，協助解決設備異常 3.測試完成後機台復歸及進行機台移交成品檢驗前，內部外觀檢驗作業，確保品質 4.依主管指示，及時完成交辦事項，支援生產需求 5.需配合公司輪班制度，維持產線運作

1.負責SMT生產設備維護、保養、異常處理、維修及生產工具、ESD檢測 2.負責推進設備機故工時降低改善、設備安全操作、操作基準之完善 3.設備表格填寫與維護(例如：點檢表、保養表、維修紀錄表、環安檢查表…等) 4.SMT生產線進行動作優化、降低機故頻率/時間、提高生產效率 & 良率改善 5.SMT生產線周邊設備/儀器維護、保養 & 替換 6.SMT生產線技轉及相關文件製作、維護 & 教育訓練 1.SMT Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the repair, preventative maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of SMT production lines, including specialized tool management and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) testing. 2.Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to reduce equipment downtime; ensure workplace safety and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment usage. 3.Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive equipment logs, including daily inspection checklists, maintenance schedules, repair records, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) inspection reports. 4.Process & Yield Optimization: Optimize machine motions to minimize failure frequency and duration, while simultaneously enhancing production efficiency and yield rates. 5.Peripheral Systems Oversight: Manage the maintenance, calibration, and replacement of peripheral equipment and instrumentation within the SMT department. 6.Technology Transfer & Training: Lead technology transfer (TT) projects, develop technical documentation, and conduct specialized training for operators and technicians.
