1. Responsible for equipment setup, production line abnormalities and troubleshooting to ensure seamless production operations. 2. Perform daily inspections, calibrations, and component replacement, implement preventive maintenance to effectively reduce failure rate. 3. Monitor and optimize OEE, reduce unscheduled downtime to maximize machine utilization. 4. Drive initiatives for production yield and quality enhancement to consistently achieve cost reduction targets. 5. Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials. 7.Execute project action items under direct supervision 8.
