該職務屬於定期契約(一年一約)，到職後須到雲林廠培訓，培訓期間提供住宿津貼。 2026/1/1後陸續派駐台中科學園區 _ 【國際知名半導體大廠】 TGCM值班主管(特殊氣體設備值班主管)主要工作項目: A. DCS監控 於中控室透過電腦控制面板全程監控制程溫度、壓力、流量、液位及聯鎖狀態；發現 警報完成確認、分析並下達處理指令。 B. 起停爐操作 執行開/停車SOS。 C. 異常排除指揮與通報。 D. 交接班管理 每班結束前30分鐘完成填寫《值班日誌》，內容包含產量消耗、重要操作、隱患及外 部施工情況；組織對口崗位面對面交接並簽字確認。 ※ 有相關經驗優先錄取。 ※ 本公司提供完整教育訓練，以及相關證照考照補助，歡迎加入我們。 ※依學經歷敍薪。 ※輪班方式：四班二輪，提供輪班津貼及夜班津貼。 ※持有相關證照優先錄取 : 高壓氣體製造安全主任 / 高壓氣體製造安全作業主管 / 高壓氣體特定設備操作人員 / 急救人員證照 / 3噸以上固定式起重機操作人員證照 。

— Plans, promotes and leads the productivity projects for the PGP business — Instils the importance of safety in every staff and achieve zero accident in the area of responsibility — Support implementation and compliance of Quality, Safety and compliance standards — Support and drive audits and ISO accreditation/ quality assurance activities — Provide Training and coaching to site personnel on relevant PGP Engineering and Ops matters — Strategy development and implementation , Contribute to Strategies developed and implemented across the PGP business — Streamline and improve the quality of KPI reporting systems & processes — Lead and coach all 10 sites deputy managers to become better at managing the technical aspects of site production — Promote Site-safe program, Report and investigate hazards, accidents and near misses, Implement safe work, operating and emergency procedures, Lifesaving rules compliance and drive engineering Management of Change Implementation — Local management of capital projects and expenditure — Manage initiate Engineering projects associated with PGP plant upgrades and plant improvements.

Automation Design Review: Oversee and validate Mechanical Design, Circuitry (EE), and Software architectures, ensuring compliance through rigorous work instruction reviews. Equipment Integration: Direct technical communications and provide expert guidance for the introduction and deployment of new production equipment. Automation Roadmap & Improvement: Spearhead the evolution of automated production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical bottlenecks occurring during the design and fabrication phases of automation equipment. Anomaly Analysis & RCA: Supervise root cause analysis (RCA) for technical anomalies and review the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. SOR Interpretation & Costing: Interpret customer SOR (Statement of Requirements) and provide strategic oversight for cost evaluation and pricing strategies. R&D Budget Management: Manage project timelines, technical roadmaps, and expense controls for automation technology R&D. Resource & Task Allocation: Coordinate departmental workflows and optimize the distribution of tasks among team members. Talent Mentorship: Facilitate internal training programs and provide technical mentorship to enhance team competencies. Cost Optimization: Manage raw materials, equipment, and labor costs to achieve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) optimization and production efficiency. Performance & KPI Management: Establish and monitor individual KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and manage workforce planning to ensure departmental goal attainment. Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact (Window) for customer audits and quality inspections. IP Strategy: Lead Patent Mining initiatives and manage the filing process to protect corporate intellectual property.
