01. Technical Transfer & Introduction: Lead, guide, and review technical communication and technology transfers for new production equipment in SMT and assembly sections. 02. Automation & Improvement: Drive automation progress and process improvements across SMT and assembly lines. 03. Troubleshooting & Technical Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues related to automated product and equipment design. 04. Maintenance & Abnormalities: Direct and review equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and production anomaly analysis/troubleshooting for SMT and assembly sections. 05. SOR & Cost Estimation: Interpret product Statement of Requirements (SOR), and direct/review cost estimation and quotation evaluations for SMT and assembly equipment. 06. Task Management (North America): Oversee task assignment and coordination within the Equipment Department at the North American plant. 07. Team Management & KPI: Manage performance evaluations, training, team leadership, KPI setting, tracking, and manpower allocation to achieve departmental goals. 08. Technology Transfer & Equipment Modification: Plan technology transfers for production equipment in the North American plant, and evaluate/track equipment commonality and modifications. 09. Jigs, Fixtures & Inspection Tools / Automation Equipment 10. Design of Experiments (DOE) Planning for VAVE Projects 11. Trial Production & Commissioning of New Equipment 12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

1.熟悉塑膠射出成型原理與製程參數調整，具備不良分析與製程優化能力。 2.負責塑膠射出產線整體生產管理與現場改善，確保品質與效率穩定。 3.統籌生產排程與異常管控，協調跨部門溝通合作。 4.規劃產線作業流程，提升產能並降低製造成本。 5.達成產量、品質、交期與成本等生產KPI指標。 6.負責產線人員管理與教育訓練，建立技術傳承制度。 7.推動5S與持續改善活動。 8.完成上級交辦事項。

打頭、一模兩沖 1.調校及機台故障排除，並教導技術員調校機台技術 2.巡視機台有無異常並維持螺絲生產品質 3.螺絲基本尺寸量測，巡檢紀錄及生產相關表單填寫 4.須配合輪班與加班 5.具天車證照尤佳 加班費、夜點費另計。
