You will work in a highly collaborative international environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and support product lifecycle activities. • We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities in English. Mission: Opto-Mechanical System Design & Development • Design, analyze, and optimize precision opto-mechanical systems and subsystems for DSC lithography process equipment. • Develop innovative mechanical solutions to ensure system performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. • Perform tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, and structural evaluations to support system performance requirements. Testing, Alignment & Validation • Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for system performance characterization and root cause analysis. • Support optical alignment methodology development and system calibration activities. • Define and perform validation plans to verify design robustness and product performance. New Product Introduction (NPI) • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service teams to transfer new technologies and products into production. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing issues and field escalations. • Drive process improvements to achieve production efficiency, quality, and reliability targets. Product Sustaining & Continuous Improvement • Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for mature products. • Support maintenance and lifecycle management activities of existing systems. • Initiate, review, and validate engineering changes to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturability. Engineering Management & Collaboration • Manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and product structures within ERP/PDM systems. • Conduct risk assessments, cost evaluations, and technical trade-off studies. • Collaborate closely with optical, electrical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Opto-Mechatronics Engineering, Photonics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, laser equipment, projection systems, or related industries. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in opto-mechanical system design and development.

1.協助數位部門主管進行日常系統管理。處理帳號權限、系統設定、使用者問題、資料維護及第一線問題排除，重大問題回報主管判斷。 2.執行AI工具及自動化流程。依AI轉型經理的專案規劃及數位部門主管的技術標準，建置AI工具、表單、自動化流程與操作範本。 3.執行系統測試與驗收準備。負責功能測試、問題紀錄、資料核對、測試報告及驗收文件，協助主管確認系統品質。 4.製作操作文件與教育教材。將系統及AI工具整理成容易理解的操作說明、流程圖、教學文件及常見問題，協助同仁使用。 5.支援數位與AI專案執行。協助資料整理、API串接、報表製作、會議紀錄、進度追蹤及使用者意見蒐集，確保專案落地。 6.配合主管工作安排，完成相關專案、行政及其他交辦事項。

工作地點為桃園捷運環狀線，主要範圍是蘆竹區的G32站,G31站,G14站,G13a站,G13站以及八德區的G01站,G02站。 1. 協助現場資料收集，整理並提供技術支援，確保工程進度順利。 2. 協助與內外部人員溝通，進行工程進度協調與問題解決。 3. 熟悉職業安全規範，需具職安6小時證照並遵循現場作業規範。 4. 參與施工圖紙繪製與修改，整合資訊以提昇工作效率。 5. 協助檢測施工進度與品質，確保工程符合設計與規範。 6. 完成上級交代的其他技術支援相關任務，確保現場需求效率被滿足。 三個月，視工作情況調整薪資。

1.制訂製造程序與產品標準。 2.評估製程專案計劃，訂出最適化的製造流程。 3.負責新產品製程的導入，並進行製程的檢測，以使新產品能夠穩定生產且符合相關標準。 4.定期檢測製程設備的重點參數。 5.持續改善現有生產製程。 Job Descriptions 1. Establish manufacturing procedures and product standards. 2. Evaluate the manufacturing process project plan and establish the optimal manufacturing process. 3. Be responsible for the introduction of new product manufacturing processes and testing of the manufacturing processes in order that new products will be produced stably and comply with relevant standards. 4. Regularly check up the key parameters of the equipment in the manufacturing processes. 5. Continuously improve existing production processes.
