Engineering Management & Collaboration • Manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and product structures within ERP/PDM systems. • Conduct risk assessments, cost evaluations, and technical trade-off studies. • Collaborate closely with optical, electrical, software, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Opto-Mechatronics Engineering, Photonics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, laser equipment, projection systems, or related industries. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in opto-mechanical system design and development.
