職責要求 • Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and high performance. •Prepare, review, and oversee financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Prepare, analyze, and oversee sales-related financial reports on a regular basis, including sales commission compensation calculations. These reports may include sales performance metrics, revenue analysis, sales margins, and other relevant financial indicators. • Assist the management team in understanding the costs associated with sales activities. This could involve analyzing product costs, sales commissions, discounts, and other expenses to help optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability. • Ensure that revenue recognition policies are applied correctly in accordance with accounting standards (such as GAAP).
