Key Responsibilities: The CRM Specialist / Supervisor is responsible for customer data management by establishing simple and effective processes to collect, verify, maintain, and govern customer data across multiple customer-related platforms. Additionally, he/she is responsible for delivering frontline metrics within customer data domain to drive superior customer engagement and data quality.
