Responsibilities: The candidate will have daily responsibilities, including analyzing TSMC and other foundry players’ financial performance, business and operating conditions, conducting semiconductor industry analysis in terms of general trend and specific factors that shape TSMC’s business, following analysts’ views on TSMC, its competitors, and the industry, preparing investors conference presentations, supporting materials and quarterly management reports, understanding and interacting with institutional investors (fund managers and technology analysts) and sell-side semiconductor analysts both in Taiwan and overseas, understanding TSMC shareholder base and nature of its major institutional investors, analyzing TSMC’s share price performance, and working on projects deemed useful to enhance the quality of the IR team and to support management decisions.

Identify Opportunities: Addressing business problems by identifying automation, AI, and ML opportunities to enhance productivity, ensure quality, and improve the breadth and depth of business analysis. 2. Project Execution: Executing Accounting IT projects, including problem identification, gathering business requirements and specifications, collaborating in development and testing, managing post-release changes and troubleshooting. 3. 【工作內容】 餐飲門市帳務處理 固定資產及折舊帳務 銀行帳務處理 營業稅申報 科目餘額整理 會計師查帳事務配合

財務／會計助理 在會計師指揮監督下，對審計案件進行實地查核並編製工作底稿等工作 完成會計師簽發查帳報告的前置作業 協助會計處理或完成會計事項 應收/付帳款作業與營業稅申報 發票(進項發票)管理及支援財會業務

主要執行高資產客戶財務規劃與潛在客源開發、財務規劃與客戶關係維護經營。 1. 學歷： 國內外大學以上畢業。 2. 工作經驗： 具備5年(含)以上之金融機構工作經驗，其中至少包含2年以上之私人銀行(或高資產客戶服務)或投資顧問工作經驗。 3. 專業證照(須檢具具備下列資格或各項測驗合格證明書佐證)： (1) 「信託業業務人員信託業務專業測驗」或「信託業業務人員信託業務專業測驗(信託法規乙科)」。 (2) 「證券商高級業務人員資格測驗」或「投信投顧業務員資格測驗」或「投信投顧相關法規(含自律規範)乙科測驗」或「證券投資分析人員資格測驗」。 (3) 「人身保險業務員資格測驗」。 (4) 「投資型保險商品業務員資格測驗」。 (5) 「人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險商品測驗」。 (6) 「結構型商品銷售人員資格測驗」或「衍生性商品銷售人員資格測驗」。

1.審核有關各項費用支付之發票、單據及帳務處理。 2.審核與申報各項稅務作業，與主管機關應對。 3.編製總帳財報，集團合併報表。 4.熟成本會計，編製進耗存表，並進行分析。同時編製各項差異分析報表。 5.配合會計師查帳作業，並將調整分錄入帳。 6.其他內部相關作業及主管交辦事項。

【工作內容】： ☑ 一般會計工作：管理各項檔案憑證，各類文件維護更新及帳務處理。 ☑ 財務報表製作： *各項費用預估、進出貨收納支出控管及請款報表製作。 *收發公文並處理會簽文件。 *簡單零用金管理，並負責前往銀行進行提存交易。 ☑ 稅務處理：一般薪資、稅務計算、申報、 以及會計師查帳資料總整理。 ☑ 協助主管處理其他運作相關事項。 ☑ 線上官方客服回應。
