As an Accounting Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and review of financial statements and other accounting tasks, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Your detailed-oriented approach and expert knowledge will be essential in overseeing key accounting functions and contributing to the firm‘s financial health. The roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations on both a stand-alone and consolidated basis. Handle materials for internal and external reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Examine and analyze accounting records and financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the firm‘s quality standards and US GAAP. • Oversee the 1099/1042 year-end reporting process, ensuring all data is accurate and timely submitted. • Recommend, develop, or maintain accounting or financial solutions that optimize operations and meet the needs of the firm‘s clients. • Assist in managing quarterly and annual external financial audits, providing critical support and coordination. • Actively contribute to the training and growth of the accounting department and may be responsible for supervising and reviewing the work of Accounting Services Associates. • Work closely with other business partners to ensure accurate and timely accounting and US GAAP reporting. Provide support for various departments including tax and payroll and participate in ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.

因應公司 IPO 計畫推動，稽核與內控制度建置需求提升，我們誠摯邀請對內部稽核與公司治理有興趣的人才加入團隊。 本職務將參與內部稽核作業及 IPO 輔導過程，與券商及會計師合作，協助公司建立完善的內控制度與風險管理機制。 ▍工作內容 一、內部稽核作業執行 1.協助執行年度內部稽核計畫。 2.參與各項作業流程查核，出具稽核報告。 3.追蹤缺失改善進度，確保改善措施落實。 二、稽核文件與底稿管理 1.整理稽核工作底稿與查核相關文件。 2.協助建立與維護稽核文件與內控紀錄。 三、IPO 輔導與內控查核支援 1.協助準備 IPO 輔導期間內控與稽核相關資料。 2.配合券商及會計師進行內控查核與訪查。 3.協助優化內部控制制度與流程文件。 四、跨部門溝通與專案支援 1.與各部門協作蒐集資料並進行流程了解。 2.協助推動內控與稽核相關專案。 五、其他 完成主管交辦事項。
