1.協助主管督導與協調餐飲服務員，分配服務區域、維持流程順暢運作 2.掌管餐廳的整體營運、菜單設計、採購、人員募集訓練等 3.需配合公司升遷訓練規劃

1.業務部門將訂單通知轉生管單位後，依照客戶要求之交期推算內部的生產排程規畫。 2.依排程所需檢視原物料庫存，發出請購轉採購人員進行補料並密切追蹤入庫時程。 3.製程需要委外託工之供應商發包，並注意委外的時效、交期與品質應符合客戶訂單要求。 4.由總排完成確認之生產排程計畫，回報業務課或協調相關部門人員排除障礙。 5.主動積極關心日常工作任務與責任範圍是否改善或潛藏風險並反映給上級。 6.上級交辦事項處理。

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects. In this role, you’re expected to: • Regulatory Reporting for FCY inward / outward transactions including data input, contact customers and review supporting documents. • Support management for administrative functions. • Perform call-back, referral case, reconciliation, etc. • Follow up pending items and resolve various issues. • Handle customer/non-customer on line service inquiries and offline investigation.
