•Lead validation execution for fiber optic transceivers and optical engines used in AI and data center systems •Build and scale reusable optical test frameworks, automation software, and data analysis tools across multiple teams •Define and execute EVT and DVT plans, including characterization, regression, debug, and reporting •Support the reliability team with pre-/post-stress characterization, qualification support, and failure analysis •Validate key optical and link metrics such as Tx/Rx performance, BER, eye quality, jitter, TDECQ, sensitivity, optical power, wavelength behavior, and thermal stability •Drive root-cause analysis across optics, high-speed electrical interfaces, firmware, and test infrastructure •Improve design-for-test, measurement quality, and validation efficiency across programs •Provide technical leadership and mentorship across validation and test engineering

職責要求 1.自動化設備與模組設計：負責整機與機構模組之規劃、3D 模型/2D 工程圖繪製及作動模擬（使用 SolidWorks）。 2.機電零組件評估選用：針對伺服馬達、滑軌、螺桿及氣壓缸等關鍵部品進行規格比對與選購評估。 3.BOM 與技術文件管理：建立產品 BOM 表、規格書與維修 SOP，並透過 PDM 系統進行版控與工程變更（ECO/ECN）。 4.跨部門整合與測試：與電控、軟體及光學團隊協作，進行整機組裝測試與異常分析改善。 5.客戶端交機與出差支援：配合專案至客戶端進行設備安裝、調機、驗收與現場異常排除。 6.設備優化與新案評估：執行既有設備改善升級，並支援業務端新案之機構可行性評估與主管交辦事項。 任職資格 1.熟悉自動化設備系統基本架構與常見故障排除方式。 2.具備電控、PLC、PC Base操作或人機介面簡易修改能力。 3.能獨立完成設備安裝、校正與基本教學說明。 4.具備良好溝通能力與服務態度，能因應突發問題與壓力。
