Validation & Statistical Analysis: Oversee DOE (Design of Experiments) for SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC equipment parameters and provide expert guidance on CPK (Process Capability Index) data review. Technical Documentation Oversight: Supervise and validate the authoring of SOP, PFMEA, and Control Plans (CP) for SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC processes to ensure quality compliance. Quality Management (8D): Direct failure analysis for customer returns and review 8D reports and corrective/preventative countermeasures. Equipment Specification Review: Provide strategic guidance and review of equipment specifications for SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC lines based on new product requirements. Defect Analysis & Countermeasures: Supervise root cause analysis for production defects and review the implementation of short-term and long-term solutions. Equipment Lifecycle Management: Direct the design, maintenance, validation, and continuous improvement of production equipment (SMT/DIP/USS/UPU/PKC). Departmental Coordination: Oversee task allocation and coordinate workflows within the department to ensure operational efficiency. Talent Mentorship: Facilitate internal technical training and provide mentorship to enhance team competencies. Cost Optimization: Manage and optimize raw materials, equipment, and labor costs to achieve COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) optimization. Performance & KPI Management: Establish individual KPIs, conduct performance appraisals, and lead workforce planning to ensure departmental goal attainment. 【職位概述】 本職位負責確保醫院醫療資訊系統（HIS/NIS）及基礎設施的高可用性與安全性。您將直接參與醫療影像（PACS）管理、伺服器備份工程、資安事件防禦及診間硬體優化，支援一線醫護人員提供流暢的診療服務。 【工作內容描述】 一、 核心系統建置與醫事維運 1. 伺服器與虛擬化管理： 負責 Windows/Linux 伺服器之安裝、監控與維護。 執行 Hyper-V 虛擬化平台之完整備份與差異備份策略，確保醫療數據之災難復原能力。 2. 醫療影像 (PACS) 維護： 每日監控 PACS 功能模組運作，執行 CT/MRI 等影像補傳作業，確保國健署申報數據完整。 製作 PACS 故障排除操作手冊與 SOP 文件。 3. 網路邊界安全維護： 管理 Fortinet 防火牆、SSL-VPN 安全配置（如 ACL 存取控制與憑證更新）及 SAN Switch 儲存網路佈署。 二、 資安管理與合規稽核 1. 端點安全與防護監控： 負責 EDR（如 ThreatSonar）與防毒系統之配置、日誌審查與異常行為追蹤。 規劃並推動使用者帳號之雙重認證（MFA）機制，強化存取安全。 2. 物理環境安全稽核： 執行機房、各樓層機櫃之溫濕度巡檢及 UPS 電力備援容量檢測。 負責機房環境整治與線路佈線（Cabling）重整專案，確保符合 ISO/IEC 27001 標準。 三、 臨床技術支援與使用者服務 (Helpdesk) 1. 診間與急診硬體優化： 負責診間、急診及開刀房電腦之效能提升（如 RAM 擴充）、HIS/NIS 相容性排除及異常診斷。 支援健保讀卡機、電子發票印表機、診區叫號機等周邊設備之維護與汰換。 2. 跨部門技術協作： 協助管理部、藥劑科及健檢中心處理衛福部統計申報、數據標準化匯入與異常帳務核對。 四、 專案管理與供應商協調 1. 新系統導入評估： 參與「次世代電子病歷」或新版 HIS 系統之演示評估與資料介接規劃。 2. 供應商溝通管理： 協調方鼎資訊、統一資訊及極奕科技等軟硬體廠商，執行設備保養、連線測試與採購跟催。 五、 IPO 資訊合規與技術文檔 1. 合規支持：協助確保核心系統之權限管控、變更管理與日誌記錄符合 IPO 及醫療機構稽核要求。 2.知識傳承： 彙整帳號密碼表、軟體安裝包及網路架構圖。 撰寫工作日誌與專業巡檢報告，參與部門內部技術分享。
