•Quality System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system. •Product Inspection and Standard Formulation: Formulate detailed and compliant product acceptance criteria by reviewing design specifications, and establish perfect inspection standards and processes for raw materials, semi finished products and finished products. •Quality Problem Analysis and Handling: Take the lead in analyzing various quality abnormalities and defects in the production process. Key Responsibilities: • Lead V&V teams across software, hardware, and system domains. • Coordinate test activities with design, development, quality, and customer teams. • Creation of specifications and tests for the AI module, including integration test and system test • Define V&V milestones aligned with project timelines and product releases. • Support audits and assessments (ASPICE, ISO 26262, OEM-specific processes). • Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test specifications. • Define validation environments (HiL, SiL, vehicle test, test benches, simulation). • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results. • Oversee execution of unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing. • Approve test procedures and ensure correct usage of test tools and equipment. • Review test results, analyze defects, and drive corrective actions. • Ensure proper documentation for compliance and release readiness. • Oversee the validation of AI and Vision models, evaluating their accuracy, robustness, and performance metrics. • Establish standardized validation workflows by developing automated scripts for vision-related testing and data analysis. • Provide actionable optimization recommendations to the development team based on empirical test results and performance analysis. • Ensure alignment with automotive standards such as: ASPICE (Automotive SPICE), ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21448 (SOTIF), OEM-specific requirements (Toyota, Honda, VW, GM, etc.) • Build and lead a V&V team of 4 members, defining clear testing lifecycles, bug tracking standards, and reporting protocols for AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:  Use simulators (e.g., ANSYS, Carla) to perform environment modeling, including scene construction, weather parameter adjustment, lighting, object modeling, and texture mapping.  Generate synthetic datasets based on data specifications and requirements, ensuring the quality and consistency of the synthesized data.  Produce ground truth for AI training, including semantic segmentation masks, depth maps, and bounding boxes …, etc.  Collaborate with Perception Algorithm Engineers to refine simulation environments and parameters based on model training needs, ensuring the “sim-to-real” gap is minimized.

Trouble Shooting Repair Engineer (Electrical Testing and Analysis Engineer) 〝1. Defective PCBA analysis & repair 2. Analyze and repair defective products encountered during the testing process. 3. Timely feedback on concentrated defects and abnormal situations encountered during repairs, and the corresponding FA/CA Report can be provided. 4. Assist PE/RD in analyzing production line defects and improving the yield rate of production 5. During the NPI build, the progress of failures analysis can be updated to the RD based on test failure, and the subsequent analysis progress can be tracked. 6. Repair Equipment Debugging & BGA Profiler Setup 7. Maintenance and tooling subcontracting production 8. Abnormal BGA feedback and handling 9. Proficient in using Office and report analysis. 10. Equipment maintenance, procurement of spare parts

1. Familiar in design for active cooling and passive cooling. 2. RFP/ RFQ thermal solution design and performance evaluation including the cost estimation. 3. According to projects to generate the document related to the thermal portion, like PTS, test plan for the thermal portion, design guide of the thermal portion. 4. Strong capability of thermal model building and running the thermal simulation by flotherm and icepak. 5. New technology research and study in thermal fields.

SMT (PCBA) 1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc) 2. Set up and optimize SMT lines for NPI and mass production 3. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training 4. New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPI runs smoothly 5. New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for B300, AI Server process etc.) 6. Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency 7. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting 8. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the yield rate. 9. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes 10. Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings. 11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
