Take part in developing X-ray nano-imaging systems used for inspecting advanced semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes. You’ll be involved in both the planning and hands-on development stages. Create techniques to detect tiny defects in semiconductor devices by using X-ray diffraction and image reconstruction algorithms. Work on the design and setup of optical systems, including planning the light paths and testing optoelectronic components. You‘ll also prepare technical reports and share your findings.
