我們正在尋找具備食品安全管理專業與法規實務經驗的人才，共同建立完善的食品安全管理制度，協助公司落實食品安全政策，提升製程品質與品牌信譽。 本職務將負責 HACCP、GHP、ISO 22000 等食品安全管理制度的導入、維護與改善，並協助各部門持續精進食品安全管理流程。 工作內容 規劃、執行與維護 HACCP 管理制度。 建立與修訂食品安全標準作業程序（SOP）。 執行食品製程危害分析與重要管制點（CCP）管理。 建立食品原料、半成品及成品之品質管理制度。 辦理食品安全衛生教育訓練與宣導活動。 建立產品追溯追蹤、異常通報與改善機制。 規劃並執行內部稽核及矯正預防措施（CAPA）。 協助政府主管機關（衛生局、食藥署）查核作業。 定期檢視食品安全法規修訂內容，提出改善建議。 協助跨部門溝通與食品安全專案推動。

Coordinate with hardware, mechanical, software, packaging, and manufacturing partners to ensure alignment with project timelines and early access / mass production plans 3.
