The Business Program Manager (BPM) is responsible for leading and managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to successful completion. A key focus is translating program success into commercial results and meeting defined revenue goals. The BPM acts as a critical driver, coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales/Account teams while also serving as a key operational point of contact for strategic accounts. 1. Business Strategy and Program Governance  Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the crucial interface between Product Management, Engineering, and Operations, translating market requirements and product specifications into actionable operational plans.  Risk and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential technical, supply chain, or production risks, and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute resolution plans.  Executive Reporting and Presentation: Demonstrated proficiency in tailoring complex technical and operational updates into clear, concise, and high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership. *Financial Acumen and Value Realization: Understand of business drivers including, total cost of ownership, and profit/loss implications. Tracking the realization of projected business benefits. 2. Strategic Account Engagement and Sales Enablement *Account Program Management: Act as a primary operational liaison for strategic account sales teams, ensuring program plans align with customer delivery schedules and volume commitments. *Volume and Forecast Management: Collaborate closely with the Sales/Account teams and Supply Chain to validate sales forecasts, manage program production readiness, and secure alignment to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. *Customer-Focused Program Resolution: When program issues (e.g., delays, supply constraints) impact a key customer, lead the cross-functional effort to communicate the mitigation plan to the Account Manager and ensure its timely execution. 3. Communication and social skill *Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively identify, engage, and manage expectations across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Sales, Operations, and external partners (e.g., ODMs/CMs). *Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to influence without direct authority, driving consensus and decision-making among functionally diverse teams to achieve program objectives and resolve critical roadblocks. *Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Strong negotiation skills to mediate conflicts, prioritize competing resources or objectives, and drive optimal outcomes for the business program. *Active Listening and Clarity: Excellent active listening skills to understand challenges from various perspectives, coupled with the ability to articulate program requirements, risks, and next steps with unwavering clarity in both written and verbal formats.

About the Role We are seeking an SF Bay Area-based Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to serve as our front line Technical Window. Your core focus will be on system infrastructure, and advanced technologies engagement and discussion (e.g., L6–L10 chassis mechanicals, L11 rack architectures, busbar/power shelves, and liquid cooling manifolds). You will be frequently present on-site with the client’s Design Core Team—listening to their pain points, tracking advanced technology trends, and building lasting professional trust. Key Responsibilities • Infrastructure Technical Window & On-site Presence: o Serve as the primary technical contact for the client’s Design Core Team in the Bay Area, maintaining a strong and approachable on-site presence. o Regularly visit client sites in the Sunnyvale/Santa Clara area to build trust and ensure seamless alignment. • Technical Alignment & Exchange: o Engage in active technical discussions with the client‘s Design Core Team to align on system architectures, design tradeoffs, and technical feasibility. o Synthesize technical feedback and requirements from client technical leads, bridging complex discussions with internal engineering and R&D teams. • Advanced Tech Alignment & Trust Building: o Proactively track trends in high-density datacenter infrastructure (e.g., liquid cooling sidecars, high-power density racks, modular design…etc). o Build long-term technical credibility and relationships with client engineering. Qualifications • System Integration & Infrastructure Understanding (System Generalist): o Solid system-level understanding (System Integration) of server chassis (L6/L10), rack architectures (L11), and physical infrastructure. o Broad, cross-domain technical literacy: You do not need to be a deep specialist in every field, but you must be a broad generalist who can understand and converse fluently with the client’s Technical Leads and Design Core Team • Technical Fluency & Cross-Domain Communication: o Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills. o Acts as an effective 〝technical translator〝 who can synthesize feedback from the client‘s Design Core Team and bridge them with internal R&D teams. • Location & Mobility: o Must be located in or near Sunnyvale / Santa Clara, CA for regular client site check-ins and relationship building.

1. 具國外學士或碩士學位，三年以上相關工作經驗。 2. 熟悉國外大學（含美、加、英、澳等地）申請流程，並具備實際升學輔導經驗。 3. 能獨立進行留學規劃與學生諮詢，有留學代辦相關工作經驗者尤佳。 4. 配合主管交辦事項，並協助處理升學輔導相關之行政與教學工作。
