1. Coordinate the team to handle the automotive project quality and monitoring during NPI build to MP stage. 2. Leading the team to handle the product’s quality issues during the whole product’s life. 3. Automotive customer’s CR/CSR feasibility study and coordinate the team to well prepare the related activities (such as self-assessment, quality improvement execution, internal/external audit, etc). 4. Lead the team to establish the quality operation flow/documentations, follow and fulfill the CR/CSR of the automotive customer. 5. Regular meeting with the team or customer and report preparation. 6. Preparation for customer visits/audits, reception and host meetings and follow-up of related matters.

1. Based in Thailand , lead and manage the APAC Quality Organization, including CQE and PQA teams across Taiwan, Shanghai, and Thailand, while coordinating with worldwide manufacturing sites to support automotive business growth. 2. Provide regional quality leadership for Taiwan, Thailand operations, while supporting quality escalation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives for Mexico and Czech Republic sites. 3. Lead customer quality management activities throughout the product lifecycle, from NPI to mass production, ensuring compliance with automotive OEM and Tier-1 customer requirements. 4. Develop and deploy regional quality strategies, governance processes, and performance management systems to ensure alignment with customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements. 5. Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), including yield, customer complaints, LRR, 0KM defects, field returns, and COPQ, and drive improvement actions across sites. 6. Serve as the primary interface for customer audits, quality reviews, and executive-level escalation meetings. 7. Support the development, organization, training, and competency enhancement of CQE and PQA teams across worldwide manufacturing sites. 8. Lead cross-site quality improvement projects, best-practice deployment, and quality standardization initiatives across APAC manufacturing locations. 9. Establish and maintain an effective customer escalation management process to ensure rapid response, business continuity, and customer satisfaction.
