1.協助新纖維紡絲 (尼龍、聚丙烯等)試驗之設備操作與開發。 2.協助進行紡絲樣品之物性測試與數據整理分析。 3.協助紡絲試驗設備之掛絲、機台操作、物料準備、試樣檢測與日常管理。 4.配合研發專案進行實驗紀錄建檔。 5.偶爾可配合非常態性加班。 主管交辦事項。

•Design, synthesize, and characterize novel cosmetic ingredients, including surfactants, emulsifiers, emollients, active ingredients, and other specialty materials for personal care applications. •Develop innovative ingredient technologies aligned with customer needs, emerging market trends, and sustainability objectives. •Conduct laboratory-scale synthesis, process development, and product optimization experiments to establish structure-property and structure-performance relationships. •Develop and optimize synthetic routes with consideration for efficiency, scalability, sustainability, cost, and manufacturing feasibility. •Lead multiple research and development projects simultaneously, managing timelines, priorities, budgets, and technical deliverables. •Collaborate with process engineers and manufacturing teams to support scale-up, technology transfer, process implementation, and successful product commercialization. •Provide technical leadership and scientific direction for product development programs, offering recommendations on synthetic approaches, process improvements, and ingredient performance. •Contribute to new product ideation and innovation initiatives through collaboration with Marketing, Applications Development, and R&D teams. •Support pilot plant and manufacturing activities, including troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. •Generate intellectual property through invention disclosures, patent applications, technical reports, and scientific publications. •Present project updates, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to management and cross-functional stakeholders. •Stay current with advances in cosmetic science, synthetic chemistry, biotechnology, sustainable ingredients, and competitive industry developments to identify new opportunities for innovation.

1.依照開機管制流程SOP，進行相關開機檢點與工作; 2.依照日常工作SOP完成輪班例行工作，並做好值班交接; 3.針對各項品質異常狀況進行參數調整與分析; 4.因應產品品質問題進行參數調整與紀錄。
