職位定位 負責服務可靠性與可觀測性體系的規劃、建置及持續改善，透過 Metrics、Logs、Traces與Profiling掌握應用系統健康狀態，提升故障偵測、問題定位及效能診斷能力。 主導 SLI/SLO、告警治理、重大事故應變、容量規劃及High Availability與Disaster Recovery設計，並透過自動化與跨團隊協作，降低重複性維運工作及服務中斷風險。 主要工作內容  可觀測性與告警管理: 主導可觀測性架構規劃、工具選型與整合，建立資料收集、查詢與分析體系；與開發團隊共同定義服務健康度及使用者體驗指標；制定告警分級、通知、升級與降噪策略，提升告警的可行動性。  事故應變與根因分析: 主導重大事故應變，整合應用、資料庫、網路及基礎設施資訊進行故障分析；主持 RCA 與事後檢討，追蹤改善措施落實，持續縮短故障偵測與服務恢復時間。  容量規劃與效能優化: 制定容量規劃與負載測試策略，透過效能分析識別系統瓶頸，與開發團隊共同改善系統效能及資源使用效率。  備份還原與災難復原: 依業務需求制定復原目標，規劃備份還原及災難復原機制，並定期推動復原演練。  維運自動化與 AI 應用: 開發自動偵測、故障處理及變更作業自動化工具，降低重複性人工作業；評估 AI Agent、LLM 與維運知識庫於告警分析及故障診斷的應用，並建立權限控管與審核機制，確保自動化流程安全可控。  可靠性規範與跨團隊推動: 建立可靠性工程規範、SOP 與技術文件；與開發及 DevOps 團隊協作，將監控、部署驗證與可靠性檢查納入交付及變更流程；指導團隊成員並推動跨團隊改善。 任職條件 • 5 年以上 SRE、DevOps、系統維運或應用效能工程相關經驗，具正式環境服務可靠性改善實務。 • 具可觀測性平台的架構規劃、建置與調校經驗，熟悉 Observability tools。 • 深入理解 Metrics、Logs、Traces 的用途與關聯方式，能運用監控及追蹤資料完成跨服務故障定位與效能分析。 • 熟悉監控資料的標籤與數據管理、保留策略、追蹤取樣及儲存成本控制。 • 具 SLI/SLO、告警治理、重大事故處理及 RCA 實務經驗，能將分析結果轉化為可追蹤的改善措施。 • 熟悉 Linux、網路協定及負載平衡，及系統、資料庫與網路問題分析能力。 • 熟悉任一程式語言，能獨立開發維運工具、API 整合或自動化流程。 • 具 Git 版本控制及基本部署、組態管理與變更處理經驗。 • 具容量規劃、效能測試、災難復原之經驗。 • 具跨團隊溝通與技術帶領能力，能釐清需求、評估技術取捨並推動改善落地。 加分條件 • 具 Kubernetes 平台維運與架構設計經驗，熟悉 OpenShift、RKE2、GKE 或其他 Kubernetes 發行版與託管服務。 • 具 OpenTelemetry Collector、APM 深度整合、Continuous Profiling 或可觀測性平台規模化治理經驗。 • 具 AI Agent、RAG 或 MCP 整合於維運診斷、SOP自動化的實務經驗。 • 具 MLOps、LLMOps、AgentOps 或 AIOps 工具使用經驗。 • 具 Terraform、Ansible、Helm 或 GitOps 實務經驗。 • 具 AWS、Azure 或 GCP 維運、架構設計與成本治理經驗。 • 具使用AI工具輔助維運的實務經驗，例如日誌分析、故障排查、告警判讀、維運腳本生成或知識庫查詢。
