AI Scientist Tech Lead Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced AI Scientist Tech Lead to join our team in Taipei. This is a full time, on site position for a senior professional who combines strong research capability with hands on engineering expertise. You will lead the exploration and development of cutting edge AI technologies , including large language models (LLMs) and AI agent systems , to build scalable, enterprise grade AI solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams spanning product, engineering, and business units to design, prototype, and deploy AI powered applications that drive innovation and measurable impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct research on frontier AI technologies , including large language models (LLMs) LLMs), AI agents , and AI engineering methodologies. 2. Evaluate and benchmark the technological strategies and product offerings of leading global AI companies. 3. Define and design the enterprise AI technical framework, architecture and development roadmap for the organization. 4. Develop AI prototypes and proof of concept systems to validate new ideas and accelerate product innovation. 5. Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions within production environments. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning , with proven project experience or demonstrable work in AI agent development/deployment or LLM fine tuning • Deep understanding of AI agent frameworks , LLM training , and enterprise AI architecture design • Strong research acumen and familiarity with state of the art AI methodologies and trends • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred. • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. • Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams
