Cash & FX Management — Act as main bank liaison; execute currency exchanges and maintain accurate cash-flow forecasts. 3. Insurance & Statutory Outgoings — Pay all insurance and upload proof for internal records; handle punch-system fees, telecom bills and other office payables. 4. Vendor / Beneficiary Maintenance — Add or update suppliers and bank beneficiaries in the e-banking system, ensuring proper controls and documentation. 5.
