The Senior / Sales Manager will be responsible for managing an account portfolio with the aim to generate and maximize hotel revenue and market share. Key to this role is building relationships and developing networks within new and existing accounts in order to increase revenue and conversion. 1. Achieves pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programs and handling multi-faceted projects 2. Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times and positively represents the Hotel 3. Liaises closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest‘s requests and expectations are being met 4. Implements all sales action plans related to responsibility areas as discussed strategically with Director of Sales 5. Maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities 6. Continuously seeks ways to maximize revenues and profits by cross-selling and upselling other facilities and service 7. Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regards to business opportunities

Identifies, develops and manages relationships with decision-makers for assigned key/high value prospects or customers. • Uses knowledge of UL’s offerings and customer needs to develop solutions to issues of strategic importance. Writes proposals that focus on customer’s needs and prepares complex quotes. • Researches industries within account base and it’s supply chain to identify business opportunities. • With knowledge of customer issues and competitive tactics, presents benefits, handles objections and closes sales to key/high value and/or more complex prospects. • Maintains a relationship with the customer to increase the sales of the organization’s services. • Cross-sells UL services within established account base. • Completes sales reports and market research projects assigned by manger. • Reporting out with logical structured reports on seasonal basis to management level. • Performs other duties as directed.
