Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define the product roadmap. Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of 5G hardware products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and cost targets. Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer requirements and market dynamics. Analyze competitors and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Business Development and Customer Acquisition: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify key customer segments and develop strategies for customer acquisition. Assist in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as sales, engineering and support teams, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to enhance product offerings. ＜Qualifications＞ • Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant field; MS or equivalent is a plus. • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on hardware products and 5G Radio Frequency technology. • Strong understanding of 5G technology and its applications. • Excellent project management and leadership skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and assist in customer development efforts. The Product Engineer/manager role holder will be responsible for the technical implementation of IOT, Big data, AI, MOM, MES Projects and related Industry 4.0 solutions deployment and survey as per desired timelines, budget, and quality, risk management. Proven track record of digital manufacturing with technical implementation, IT / IOT delivery, liaisoning with cross-functional project teams in a complex and changing environment, able to articulate business strategy and emerging technology. Ability to communicate fluently in English with varied stakeholders to collect requirements, describe and clarify strategy, specify solution features and refine technical designs.
