強力徵求對電腦硬體研發充滿熱情的夥伴們! 艾訊嵌入式系統提供完整軟硬件，以及量身制訂的工業物聯網(IPC/IoT)與人工智能(AI)解決方案組合，提供客戶開發高密度集成以及高效能的電腦。產品的應用廣泛，有佈署在重工業與智慧工廠的Edge Server，做為資料收集管理與大數據分析；也有Edge Computer搭配Intel/Nvdia等大廠合作的AI加速卡， 應用於edge端做為聲音/影像辨識以及即時的資料分析與處理；採用X86架構具備低耗能的IoT Gateway，適用於連結各種IoT Devices並且專責不同通訊協定的轉換， 達成將Devices所有的訊息傳送至Server或Cloud。採用SoC + EC + MCU架構應用於Retail, Medical, smart City等產品線，甚至有為創客開發的類樹梅派X86主機板，應用在無人機、智慧推車、智能家電等產品。 本職務工作內容主要包含: 1. 提供客製化的軟硬體服務，包括電腦作業系統(OS)的安裝與測試，驅動程式與應用程式的修改，各種BIOS的額外功能的增加及效能提升的需求。 2. 驗證程式的提供或修改服務，幫助客戶導入其驗證程序。 3. 客戶的問題複製、確認問題方向、排除非影響因素。 4. 協同研發單位進行訊號量測、時序判斷、客戶線路檢查。 5. BIOS、作業系統安裝或軟體設定檢查。 6. 新產品設計協助，軟硬體測試報告撰寫，驗證程式提供。與產品單位進行規格確認與提供改善建議。 7. 驗證產品品質問題，確認品質發生原因，了解客戶品質需求，與品質控管單位協同提出最終改善計畫。 8. 研發單位新產品或新技術的技術轉移訓練，與海外分公司合作對接。 ＊彈性工作時間，薪優福利佳，並備有新店/中和線交通車＊

◎ 工作地點：彰化市 / 雲林斗六市 1.日常營運：管理公司資訊軟硬體、維護及故障排除，規劃採購需求。 2.資安設定：架構內網管理與維護公司網路、主機、防毒措施，規劃與進行備份工作。 3.權限管理：例如系統權限設定、資安規則規劃、執行與管理。 4.ISO27001 / TISAX 計畫推動 5.VPN/遠端連線相關業務規劃與執行。 6. AD使用，管理與移機經驗。 7.熟悉TCP/IP通訊協定與網路資訊設備。 8.其他主管交辦事項需

1、維護體系內管理中心及院所之資訊設備、網路相關服務。 2、能支援院所新開店系統建置、日常軟硬體及網路問題查修。 3、院所維護範圍日後將延伸，北至新北、南至台中。
