職責要求 1) Assures availability of all resources necessary to operate the unit, including adequate direct labor, technical and maintenance resources, and all other required direct support. 2) Coordinates with production planner and the shop floor staffs, schedule sequencing and load leveling in the shop floor. 3) Drive all Lean activities within the Value Stream including 5S, Process Mapping, Flow Methods (Pull, Kanban), Standard Work and Visual Management. Employs lean manufacturing practices to improve manufacturing operations, reduce scrap, improve efficiencies, and reduce cycle times.
