負責推動全行生成式AI（GAI）應用的關鍵角色，協助各業務單位發掘AI導入機會、設計解決方案並落地實施，串聯技術與業務，打造高效的AI應用場景。具體工作內容包括：
1.訪談業務單位，發掘GAI應用需求與場景
2.規劃並導入GAI解決方案（Prompt、API、RAG等）至內部平台
3.協調業務、技術與平台團隊，整合資源推動專案落地
4.負責專案規劃、進度控管與成果驗收
5.彙整使用成效與回饋，持續優化應用與平台功能
6.擬定GAI推動策略，評估新技術並規劃導入目標
As a key driver of enterprise-wide GAI initiatives, this role is responsible for identifying AI opportunities across business functions, designing practical solutions, and driving successful implementation. The position serves as a bridge between business and technology teams to build scalable, high-impact AI use cases across the organization.
1.Partner with business units to identify Generative AI use cases, opportunities, and business requirements.
2.Design, implement, and deploy GAI solutions, including Prompt Engineering, API integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related technologies within enterprise platforms.
3.Coordinate business, technology, and platform teams to align resources and drive successful project execution.
4.Lead project planning, progress tracking, stakeholder management, and solution acceptance processes.
5.Analyze adoption metrics and user feedback to continuously enhance AI applications and platform capabilities.
6.Develop Generative AI adoption strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and define implementation roadmaps and objectives.
