Join us and lead the product direction of our next-generation Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) platforms. You will participate in product strategy, positioning, and roadmap decisions, collaborate with global customers, and translate market needs into competitive gaming product solutions. We invite experienced product professionals who want greater product decision-making authority, accountability for product success, and broader influence in international markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define the product strategy, positioning, portfolio, and roadmap for EGM platforms. 2. Own the full product lifecycle, from market needs, concept development, and specification definition through development, mass production, and lifecycle management. 3. Engage global customers, translating requirements into feasible product solutions with clear business value. 4. Coordinate R&D, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to drive key decisions and delivery. 5. Analyze markets, competitors, and customer feedback to develop differentiated and commercially viable solutions. 6. Participate in international trade shows and customer meetings to support new-market development and business growth. 7. Establish product performance metrics and continuously track revenue, gross margin, project execution, and lifecycle performance.

Job Responsibilities 1. Supplier Production Management Manage supplier production capacity and oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery. 2. Production Plan Execution & Monitoring Monitor the execution of production plans, track progress against schedules, and proactively identify potential risks. 3. Production Issue Resolution Address production issues and drive root-cause analysis with suppliers to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Planning, Sales, Engineering, and Quality) to ensure the fulfillment of supply targets and business commitments. Requirements 1. Professional Experience 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, production control, or logistics. 2. Industry Background Hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry is required, covering one or more of the following sectors: Fabless Foundry Assembly (OSAT) Testing 3. Supplier Collaboration Proven experience in working with subcontractors (subcons) to execute production plans and handle production excursions effectively. 4. Tools & Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas). Competent in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) for management reporting.

Responsibilities: • Perform data analysis, data processing, and feature engineering for business forecasting and modeling use cases. • Design, build, and maintain predictive models for demand forecasting, financial forecasting, or pricing analysis. • Develop analytical models to support business decisions such as demand planning, profitability analysis, and pricing strategy. • Conduct model evaluation, scenario simulation, and sensitivity analysis to support management decision-making. • Develop data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and SQL. • Collaborate with business, finance, sales, and operations teams to define model assumptions and ensure practical usage. • Integrate models and analytical results into reports, systems, or automated workflows. • Continuously improve model accuracy, stability, and maintainability. Requirements： • Strong data analysis and quantitative modeling skills. • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and model development. • Solid understanding of at least one of the following domains: demand forecasting, financial modeling, or pricing analysis. • Ability to translate business questions into analytical or modeling solutions. • Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, or statistical analysis. • Experience with machine learning or model deployment practices. • Experience with system integration, automated reporting, or data pipelines is a plus.
