*負責官網、電話、OTA、電子郵件（E-mail）及傳真等各項訂房作業。 *處理國內外旅客訂房、訂單異動、取消、延期及相關諮詢服務。 *管理每日房況、房價及訂房資料，確保訂房資訊正確無誤。 *熟練操作 SiteMinder Channel Manager，負責房價、庫存及各訂房平台設定與維護。 *協助 OTA 平台（Booking.com、Agoda、Expedia 等）房價、庫存及促銷專案設定與管理。 *熟悉飯店訂房流程，協助提升住房率及客房營收。 *與前台、業務、房務及相關部門保持良好溝通，確保住客入住安排順暢。 *協助企業客戶、旅行社及團體訂房相關作業。 *製作訂房相關報表及協助主管進行住房數據分析。 *可配合支援前台櫃檯接待、入住（Check-in）、退房（Check-out）及旅客服務工作。 *提供親切、專業的顧客服務，妥善處理住客需求及訂房相關問題。 *完成主管交辦事項。
