1. 專案需求評估、導入、管理。 2. 與團隊成員協作，開發數據平台的各項模組。 3. 各項數據平台模組(後臺管理/戰情儀表板/ Web統計報表 ...等) 功能開發與測試。 4. 資料庫的數值操作與資料取用。 5. 工廠各項 KPI、生產流程、設備穩定性、人員能力等指標運算與分析。

1.Act as a technique leader to initialize high level product architecture and features. Lead the cross-function team to define the product proposal starting from ground up or customer requirements. 2.Responsible for technical engagement and requirement analysis from customers. 3.Support program managers in defining project scope based on market research or customer assumptions. 4.Responsible for system level documents of automotive development process. 5.Key component/supplier survey and technique engagement. 6.Emerging technologies research and define product roadmap.

Collaborate and solve problems with teams around the world. The ultimate goal of implementing and integration the product on the plant with the schedule. 【工作內容】 (1) 產品測試問題除錯, 營運測試程式, 應變各項測試問題. (2) 產品試產準備以及量產導入, 負責設計及執行測試系統, 並進行硬體和軟體等測試驗證 (3) 與誇單位合作導入新產品所需系統, 導入至工廠生產製造. 【Job Responsibilities】 (1) Debugging product testing issues, executing test programs, and addressing various testing problems. (2) Preparing for pilot production and mass production, responsible for designing and executing test systems, and conducting hardware and software testing and verification. (3) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement the necessary systems for new products, integrating into factory production. 【工作技能】 (1) 電子, 電機, 機電等相關背景或經歷, 碩士以上學歷, 具備電路, 電性分析, 與電路設計的能力. (2) 熟悉電子相關儀器使用, 擅長工具:三用電表, 示波器, 電源供應器, 頻譜分析儀, 燒錄, Boundary scan等等儀器. (3) 善於跨部門溝通合作, 獨立工作, 且具備外語能力(多益700分). (4) 基礎資料分析與基礎程式能力。 【Job Skills】 (1) Background or experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, master degree, with the ability to analyze circuits, electrical properties, and design circuits. (2) Familiar with the use of electronic instruments, experienced/proficient with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, programmers, Boundary scan, and other instruments.
