1. Coordinate the team to handle the automotive project quality and monitoring during NPI build to MP stage. 2. Leading the team to handle the product’s quality issues during the whole product’s life. 3. Automotive customer’s CR/CSR feasibility study and coordinate the team to well prepare the related activities (such as self-assessment, quality improvement execution, internal/external audit, etc). 4. Lead the team to establish the quality operation flow/documentations, follow and fulfill the CR/CSR of the automotive customer. 5. Regular meeting with the team or customer and report preparation. 6. Preparation for customer visits/audits, reception and host meetings and follow-up of related matters.

1.Act as a technique leader to initialize high level product architecture and features.
