Activities: ＞Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, retailers and (key account) customers during the sales process. ＞Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process, support on specification and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers. ＞Performs technical sales support at customer sites, or on a multiple-site basis ＞Collaborates with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers‘ requirements ＞Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, maintenance of products and inspection of return claim products. ＞Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. ＞Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. ＞Response for product and technical training to customers. ＞Responsible for new product application and testing. ＞Prepare technical documentation for presales, sales and after sales. ＞Identify and visit third-party technology providers, conduct subsequent product testing for both parties, and explore business opportunities. 工作內容： - 在銷售過程中，為銷售代表、零售商和（重點客戶）客戶提供技術支援。 - 在銷售過程中，為投標方案、項目和技術文件提供技術支持，協助制定產品規格，並識別現有客戶的額外銷售機會。 - 在產品安裝現場提供技術銷售支援。 - 與銷售團隊合作，開發並推薦滿足客戶需求的產品和服務。 - 為客戶提供售後技術支援服務，包括安裝、故障排除、問題解決、產品維護和退貨產品的檢驗。 - 解答客戶關於操作和故障的問題。 - 負責為客戶提供產品和教育訓練。 - 負責新產品的應用和測試。 - 準備售前、售中和售後技術文件。 - 尋找並拜訪第三方技術供應商，為雙方進行後續產品測試，並探索商機。 Qualifications: ＞At least 3 years’ working experience in Engineering industry for technical services & support, preferably with experience in KNX/ETS solution, after-sales handling/management, and related in the field of motorization/automation business. ＞University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines. ＞Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic products. ＞Local language is a must. Fluent in spoken and written English is essential. ＞Experience & knowledge in KNX/ETS solution. 1) Own, lead, monitor and report projects of high-end network products from ES to MP carried out by contract manufacturers (CMs) 2) Ensure milestones and deliverables from CMs are accomplished on-time and requirements/specifications ar e fulfilled 3) Work with CMs at different stages from quotation to sample/product delivery 4) Coordinate function teams of both in-house and CMs in project activities and ensure documents are in plac e and correct, e.g. drawings, BOMs, agreements etc. 5) Ensure ECN is in place to reflect changes and monitor implementation 6) As an important member in operation team, succeed R&D’s responsibility when a product proceeds from d evelopment to PP/MP stage 7) Help provide and verify information for production planning 8) Report problems and drive solution 9) Review performance of CMs and drive improvement in quality, cost, efficiency and problem solving 10) Act as the bridge between the company and CMs 11) Monitor all CM activities (co-working with PE, Purchaser, QE etc.) including but not limited to: line setup, m aterial preparation, assembly/test/pack according to SOP Requirements: 1) Degree in Engineering discipline, electronics engineering preferred 2) Minimum 5 year experience in project management, preferably in EMS Electronics manufacturing industry o r product development 3) Good communications skills and detail minded 4) Well organized with proactive attitude in problem solving 5) Able and willing to work in multi-tasking environment, under pressure and with minimum supervision 6) Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) 7) Familiar with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. 8) Strong business, cost and quality sense 9) Knowledge of networking and/or RF products is an advantage 10) Candidate with less experience will be considered as project engineer Benefits: 1-month guaranteed bonus Stock options plan (Listed company) 11-30+ days annual leave Flexible working hours Five-day work Job satisfaction is a key focus of the company culture Excellent career path in a fast growing technology company with global markets
