Present technical and marketing materials to a high standard. 10. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Customer Relation 1. Develop good customer relations during start-up and trouble-shooting; Work closely with customer to understand customer issues and demands. 2. Professionally represent the company to the customer. 3.Utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing / potential customers informed when new/additional needs are identified. 4. Maintain company’s assigned equipment (computer, tool kit, diagnostic test equipment, spare parts etc.) in good working condition, accounted for and secure. 5. Technical 1. Responsible for completion of process support and installation of Lam equipment at customer sites. Developing relationship with process engineers in other regions, especially those running like applications. 4. Performs application related Project Management, which includes -Plan, conduct and technically direct moderately complex projects. - Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and existing Lam equipment. 5.Work with senior engineers and customers to understand customer technology roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges. 6. Design and complete DOE evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or Lam recommended field hardware modifications/ upgrades. 6. 循國際規範IEC/ANSI開發各式智慧電表、與國內外通訊大廠整合各式通訊系統 1.各式智慧電表MCU韌體開發(熟悉metering電力計量、I2C、SPI、UART、Bootloader) 2. 通訊閘道器嵌入式系統韌體開發(熟悉embedded system linux、TCP/IP及各式有線無線技術尤佳) 3.了解通訊協議(熟悉DLMS/COSEM、TCP/IP、Modbus尤佳) 4.有閱讀國際標準(IEC/ANSI)相關文件的能力

Perform all standard installation activities from system move-in (Tier0), hardware setup (Tier1), process tuning (Tier2) independently. 5. Be able to run upon shift model as needed and perform routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes. Complete quality repairs. 6. Plan assimilation & Training: Train ramping operations (SOP, EHS), product knowledge assimilation, and conduct cross-product training during off-ramping. 7. Organize startup lesson learn with overall account team. 8. Work with site management to drive the MFG (manufacturing) quality improvement plan. 9. Diagnose and resolve technical problems. Use training and experience to identify process and software or hardware related system problems. 10. Assume responsibility to follow customer ground rules, regulations, and for complete customer satisfaction within work area. Assist in planning, communicating, and coordinating the installation plans with customer. 11. Respond to fab issues by communicating with other engineers and participating in escalation conference calls. Apply diagnostic techniques, using of documentation, and test equipment with assistance from senior engineer. May participate in projects to reduce costs and increase uptime.
