1.供應商蒐集，找尋品質好、成本低、配合度高之供應商提供需求人員選擇 2.提供緊急措施，使需求人員可做緊急採購 3.處理貨品遺失及延遲等問題 4.協助主管制定採購流程及相關作業表單，供同仁依循提出採購需求 5.根據物品的庫存量，及過去使用量，決定是否訂購 6.根據需求人員提出之需求做採購 7.供應商維護及管理，與良好供應商維持良好關係

1.協助維護生產相關資料(排程、工單、採購委外、物料狀況等)，進行基本輸入、更新與查核 2.協助彙整採購、倉管與生產進度資訊，回報生產異動狀況，支援生管作業安排 3.配合金屬加工製程需求，協助處理內部製程與外部託工相關行政與追蹤作業 4.協助處理小量訂單、插單、樣品單、客製單及不良補料之資料整理與流程跟進 5.協助倉管進行點料及庫存核對作業 6.協助記錄生產異常、不良狀況及補料需求，並依指示進行後續追蹤 7.配合生管人員與相關單位溝通，協助跨站別作業協調與資訊傳達

1.負責倉儲作業執行，包括進貨收貨、點收入帳、出庫理貨、盤點、補貨、寄貨、成品入庫、銷貨、出貨包裝、備料等。 2.管理庫存、商品分配及相關倉儲事務。 3.庫房標示、儲位管理、庫房整理等庶務管理工作。 4.定期清潔庫存、工具、設備或貯藏室，以確保符合安全規章。。 5.支援同部門相關工作(如:送貨)。 6.鼎新WORKFLOW ERP系統操作、檔案整理、資料記錄、系統維護。 7.主管交辦事項。
