▍About the Role: As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial integrity and strategic direction of our international operations. This is a highly visible position that demands a proactive approach to financial oversight, compliance, and strategic partnership across various levels of the organization. ▍Key Responsibilities: ‧ Lead Daily Financial Operations: Direct and supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including the meticulous review of tax declarations for our foreign entities. ‧ Strategic Financial Advising: Analyze contracts and leverage financial data to provide critical insights that inform strategic decision-making across the business. ‧ Financial Forecasting & Position Management: Critically assess financial forecasts and ensure robust management of financial positions to optimize performance. ‧ Month-End Reporting Excellence: Execute timely and thorough reviews of monthly closing reports, encompassing both management and statutory reporting analysis. ‧ Global & Local Compliance Assurance: Ensure stringent adherence to both local accounting regulations in relevant jurisdictions and Group-level International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). ‧ Consolidated Financial Statement Preparation: Take charge of preparing consolidated financial statements for the international holding company, a crucial step for seamless external audits. ‧ Audit & Taxation Liaison: Collaborate closely with both Taiwanese and international auditors on all audit and taxation-related matters, guaranteeing full compliance and precision. ‧ Transfer Pricing Oversight: Partner with planning teams to meticulously monitor the achievement of transfer pricing objectives specifically set for the foreign entity. ‧ Corporate Governance Facilitation: Work alongside the Company Secretary to streamline documentation and processes for Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). ‧ Project Leadership: Spearhead and execute various ad-hoc financial projects as needed, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with broader organizational goals.
