1.依院方指示擬訂院內各項內控稽核計劃與落實執行各項稽核作業。 2.依院方指示審查與稽核人事、採購、庫存、財產等各項院內財物運作現況，提出評估報告與改善建議。 3.查核各部門標準作業程序與作業落實執行現況，提出評估報告與改善建議。 4.彙整呈報各項稽核作業結果、現況問題評估分析、擬訂改善方案暨改善執行成效追蹤。 5.制訂醫院內控內稽制度暨落實執行方式等，並確保稽核作業品質。

本職位為公司與國外原廠之主要技術及品質聯絡窗口，負責處理索賠、稽核及文件管理等事宜，確保產品品質與製造流程符合國際標準，職責包含但不限於： -擔任國外原廠零件索賠與技術聯絡窗口，負責技術問題溝通聯絡及後續改善追蹤 -管理與維護品質相關技術文件、稽核資料及作業紀錄，確保文件即時更新與稽核合規 -負責車體廠完成車製造品質的查核與改善建議 -車體廠Q-GATE 稽核，協助準備所需資料並參與稽核 -文管中心更新與管理

As an Accounting Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and review of financial statements and other accounting tasks, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Your detailed-oriented approach and expert knowledge will be essential in overseeing key accounting functions and contributing to the firm‘s financial health. The roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations on both a stand-alone and consolidated basis. Handle materials for internal and external reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Examine and analyze accounting records and financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the firm‘s quality standards and US GAAP. • Oversee the 1099/1042 year-end reporting process, ensuring all data is accurate and timely submitted. • Recommend, develop, or maintain accounting or financial solutions that optimize operations and meet the needs of the firm‘s clients. • Assist in managing quarterly and annual external financial audits, providing critical support and coordination. • Actively contribute to the training and growth of the accounting department and may be responsible for supervising and reviewing the work of Accounting Services Associates. • Work closely with other business partners to ensure accurate and timely accounting and US GAAP reporting. Provide support for various departments including tax and payroll and participate in ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
