Job Purpose and Responsibilities: The Senior Manager Retail will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of retail stores. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, profitability, and consumer satisfaction. Additionally, they will manage store staff, maintain inventory levels with relevant stakeholders, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The Senior Manager Retail will partner with the Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and E-com, manages all Stores in Taiwan by directly taking initiatives to realize sales & profit target with strong leadership. The Senior Manager Retail will lead the overall Retail business in Taiwan (ex.), providing positive and constructive feedback to coach Store In change team. In partnership with the management team, this position will also maintain loss prevention compliance, store visual and merchandising standards by getting supports by in-house appropriate experts. The Senior Manager Retail will be considered as the Leader on Duty and proactively engage with consumers to exceed their needs and work to generate revenue by driving a retail culture and consumer/client first environment. This position is accountable for the stores’ controllable profit and identifies and implements actions to reduce waste and inefficiencies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales and profitability, including store development with relevant stakeholders • Oversee store operations and people management • Consult with Merchandising team to maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure product availability • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional initiatives • Maintain strong relationships with consumers, vendors, and stakeholders • Monitor and analyse sales and store performance data to identify areas for improvement • This role requires to manage Retail P&L Key Interfaces and Stakeholders： • Supporting Store in charge team and Retail team • Coordinate with External partner(s). • Coordinate with the other functions in DTC, E-com, Operations, Logistics, Marketing and Merchandising.

Aviation & Cargo Security Compliance • Ensure full compliance with Taiwan aviation security regulations and DHL global security standards. • Oversee cargo screening and aviation security processes across gateways, service centers, and operational facilities. • Maintain security certifications, audits, and accreditation requirements, including TAPA and other industry standards. • Act as the key liaison with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies on security-related matters. Security Operations & Investigations • Lead investigations involving shipment losses, theft, fraud, security breaches, and other incidents. • Drive corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring risks. • Maintain security incident reporting, analysis, and management processes. • Monitor security trends and assess potential impacts on DHL operations. Stakeholder & Government Relations • Build strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies, airport authorities, customs, aviation regulators, and government bodies. • Represent DHL on security-related matters with external stakeholders. • Support customers by providing security expertise and participating in customer security reviews when required. Security Awareness & Training • Promote a strong security culture throughout the organization. • Develop and deliver security awareness and compliance training programs. • Ensure employees, contractors, and vendors understand and follow DHL security policies and procedures. Business Continuity & Crisis Management • Lead business continuity planning and security contingency preparedness. • Support crisis management and emergency response activities. • Ensure operational readiness for business disruptions and security incidents. Vendor & Facility Security Management • Manage security service providers and monitor service performance. • Ensure security systems, equipment, and facility controls operate effectively. • Conduct security audits and inspections across DHL facilities and retail locations. Security Case Management System • Provide input and participate in the reporting of security incidents into the database • Prepare and analyse the database information for the production of regular reports on shipment and other security incidents, including Dangerous Goods. Where appropriate, recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security incidents as they occur

【總務】很多人看不見你的工作，但一間教養院能不能安心運作，常常就靠你 我是庭芳教養院院長郭勇志，大家比較常叫我憨心大叔。 很多人想到教養院，第一個想到的會是教保員、生活服務員、社工、護理人員。 比較少有人第一時間想到總務。 但如果你真的在一間24小時運作的教養院工作過，你就會知道： 總務，其實是在守住很多人每天習以為常的事情。 冷氣壞了，要有人處理。 燈不亮了，要有人發現。 公務車要保養。 消防設備要定期檢查。 清潔用品快沒了，要補。 捐進來的物資，要分類、盤點、整理。 孩子突然需要外出就醫，交通也要有人協助安排。 很多事情看起來都很小。 但這些小事只要少了一件，整個現場就可能卡住。 所以我常覺得，總務很像一間教養院的「底盤」。 平常大家不一定會一直注意你。 可是底盤穩不穩，決定了這台車能不能安全往前走。 我們希望庭芳的總務，不只是會採購、會修繕、會管理設備。 更重要的是，你願意多看一眼、多想一步。 看到燈管閃了，不是等別人報修才處理。 看到輪椅動線被東西擋住，會知道那不是「有點亂」，而是安全問題。 看到物資快用完，也知道那不是少一箱衛生紙而已，而是第一線同仁明天可能就會遇到麻 煩。 【工作內容】 1.讓大家每天走進來時，環境是可以安心使用的 負責辦公室、宿舍與公共空間的環境維護與管理，留意設備、空間與動線是否安全、整潔、正常。 2.把設備顧好，不要等到壞了才開始想辦法 辦理事務機器、家電及各項設備的採購、維修與保養，掌握使用狀況與汰換需求，減少突發故障對服務現場的影響。 3.把公務車和公務器材管得清楚，也顧得安全 管理公務車、公務器材的使用、保養與相關紀錄，確保需要使用時可以正常、安全上線。 4.讓需要的東西，在需要的時候找得到 負責庶務用品與各類物資的採購、分類、盤點與補充，掌握庫存，不讓第一線到了要用時才發現缺東缺西。 5.孩子需要外出時，你也是支援的一份子 協助服務對象外出就醫或其他必要行程的交通支援，讓第一線照護與醫療安排能順利銜接。 6.守住消防與公共安全這條不能出錯的底線 負責消防及公共安全設備的定期檢查、維護與相關作業，發現異常及早處理，而不是等事情發生後才補救。 7.把大家的愛心物資，變成真正可以被使用的資源 協助整理外界捐贈物資，分類、盤點、入庫與管理，讓每一份捐贈都能被妥善使用，而不是堆在倉庫裡找不到。 8.遇到臨時狀況時，願意一起把問題解決 配合機構營運需要及主管交辦事項，協助處理各種現場突發與行政支援工作。 總務的工作，很少會有一個孩子跑過來跟你說： 「謝謝你今天把消防設備檢查好了。」 也不會有人因為倉庫盤點很完整，就特別替你鼓掌。 但當50位孩子每天可以安心生活， 當第一線同仁需要東西時能馬上找到， 當設備正常、車子安全、環境沒有危險， 這些看似沒有掌聲的事情， 其實就是總務每天在替大家守住的生活。 如果你喜歡把事情整理好、把問題提早處理，也會因為「今天大家都平安順利」而感到有 成就感， 那總務這個位置，會比你想像中更重要。
