1. 操作與日常維護分析儀器（如LC-MS、GC-MS、IC 等） 2. 執行樣品前處理與藥劑配置 3. 數據整理判讀與報告彙整 4. 協助實驗室日常管理（校正、耗材管理） 5. 配合主管交辦之工作相關事項

1. Active intake monitoring of all communication channels (phone, email, fax etc.). Accurate response for consumer and healthcare providers’ inquiry in English. 2. Record every case in the system and accurately classify the cases. 3. According to the workflow, submit the case to related unit, track it and co-ordinate with different departments to ensure the case is completed on time. 4. Documentation and prepare daily/weekly report. 5. Join related training and KPI assessment, familiar with product and medical devices and improve medical expertise. 6. Complete other assignments from reporting manager. 7. Work in the client‘s office in Taipei. According to the project requirement, can accept shifts on weekends and holiday.

This role will involve manag-ing and responding to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, utilizing our integrat-ed omnichannel approach to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination. The associ-ate will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all communications. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to and manage inquiries related to medical information from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, and online platforms). - Utilize the IO Customer Contact System (IOCCS) to track, document, and analyze customer inter-actions and inquiries, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive responses that align with the latest scientific data and regulatory guidelines. - Interpret and summarize complex scientific and clinical information to provide clear, concise, and contextually appropriate replies. - Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to optimize response accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor and evaluate inquiry trends and provide feedback on potential areas for improvement in service delivery and customer engagement. - Stay informed about therapeutic areas, product portfolios, competitor landscape, and relevant medical literature to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise. - Support compliance initiatives and adhere to legal and ethical standards in all communication and reporting activities.
