📍工作內容 使用 Python（FastAPI）進行後端服務設計與開發 設計與維護 RESTful API，並進行串接與文件化管理 規劃與維護資料庫（MySQL / PostgreSQL），優化資料結構與查詢效能 運用 Redis 進行快取設計與效能優化，提升系統回應速度 系統效能優化、錯誤排除與穩定性提升 配合 DevOps 流程，進行部署、監控與維運作業 📍必要條件 熟悉 Python 開發，具備 FastAPI 或相關框架經驗 具備 RESTful API 設計與串接經驗 熟悉 SQL / ORM，理解資料庫設計概念（MySQL 或 PostgreSQL） 具備 Redis 或其他快取機制使用經驗 熟悉 Git 版本控管 具備基本系統除錯與問題排除能力 📍加分條件 熟悉其他後端語言（如 Java、Go） 具備容器化（Docker / Kubernetes）或 CI/CD 部署經驗 有大型流量或高併發系統的調校經驗

1.新產品研發（螺絲）、設計繪製螺絲產品圖面及樣品製作。 2.開發模具設計、繪圖開模、製程技術評估。 3.螺絲成型、輾牙、熱處理等製程參數設定定與優化。 4.分析生產異常，進行品質改善，建立產品規格及技術文件。 5.創新開發專案、螺絲量產及主管交辦事項。

1.管理國內外售服案件及客戶服務事項。 2.規劃與追蹤售服團隊 KPI 達成狀況。 3.建立及優化售服維修、退委修作業流程與 SOP。 4.協調跨部門資源，推動專案執行與問題改善。 5.執行客戶端技術支援、重大案件處理及客訴改善。 6.規劃並執行經銷商、子公司及客戶教育訓練。 7.負責售服人員培訓、工作安排及績效輔導。 8.協助海外子公司售服體系建置與技術支援。

[Job Responsibilities] • ​​Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection(MEPF) design and packaging to meet the client and code requirements • ​Prepare MEPF specifications, schedules, drawings and any other contract documents through the project stages. ​ • Manage the MEPF design delivery of projects from concept to the very end results. • ​Attend progress, design and co-ordinate meetings. • ​Input to pre-qualification and selection of contractors, respond to tender queries, comment and review tender returns. • ​Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD) ​ • Obtain the necessary information both internally and externally from Architects, s and relevant Design Consultants for the design to proceed. • ​Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and other designer • ​Identify and effectively meet the requirements and expectations of clients’ ensuring the timely receipt of information ​ • Monitor and control scope of work progress and issues. • ​Solving technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction ​ • Experience in submitting MEPF documents for permit • ​Refer major problems to the Project Director, Project Manager or General Manager. ​ • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.​ [Preferred Skills and Abilities] • 2 year experience or above in MEP construction works. • ​​Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineering or relevant experience ​ • MEPF Quality Assurance certification is a plus **Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.**

[Job Responsibilities] • review and comment on technical proposal and Civil & Structure drawings from design unit or General Contractor. • ​Knowledge of civil and structure engineering and construction method. ​ • Experience of Steel Structure is a plus. • ​Control directly through subordinate’s civil & structure elements constructing, quality control, contract administration. ​ • Monitor the interaction of various disciplines and call on specialized knowledge when required • ​Monitor and control scope of work progress and issues. ​ • Attending regular meetings on site or online and providing professional advisory to client. ​ • Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors ​ • Solving technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction ​ • Prepare regular report in terms of construction progress, construction quality to client. • ​Refer major problems to the Project Director, Project Manager or General Manager.
