Amazon Web Services (AWS) has an immediate opening for a Logistics Specialist. We are currently expanding our Infrastructure Operations team in AWS and are looking for a professional to support inventory management process in warehouse of date center. Mission of Logistics is to maintain the necessary inventory levels for all Data Center infrastructure teams. Logistics team ensures the right parts are available at the right place and at the right time. Logistics members are responsible for end-to-end handling of IT hardware parts from receiving, storage, allocation to disposition. Key job responsibilities Receiving, stowing and picking, packaging and shipping, sorting and counting of parts Ensuring inventory accuracy and availability Coordination with internal customers, vendors and procurement team for optimal inventory level Storage facility management and administration 主要工作內容 點收、拆貨、貨物上架、搬貨、包裝和交付、部件分類和盤點 確保庫存的準確性和可用性 協調內部客戶、 外部供應商以及采購團隊之間的工作以優化庫存水平 管理及維護倉庫設施和所需物資 A day in the life Work on part requests from different technician teams and supply chain stakeholders Manage courier vendors to deliver or pick up shipments Stow parts according to requirements and make allocation, pack and dispatch parts for transfer Review stock level and keep an accurate record for all attributes in inventory systems Administer warehouse and datahalls to ensure parts stay at the right place Return faulty parts and dispose obsolete inventory with vendors 9 to 6 weekday work at data center with technicians as the only Logistics Specialist per site About the team Mission to ensure the right parts are available at the right place and at the right time Coordination with Supply Chain and logistics vendors daily Dealing with multiple requests simultaneously to meet the need by date of different customers Heavy reliance on inventory systems to manage thousands of SKUs Up to 50％ of time spent on manual handling in receiving and stowing Logistics team members spread among different data centers and occasional cross-site support required Basic qualifications Associate diploma or equivalent diploma Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred qualifications STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager

Job Responsibilities: Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Order processing: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry; Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers. Sox control and compliance. 2. Customer interaction: Manage incoming calls from external customers and internal filed engineers in a professional and courteous manner; Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about Spare Parts; Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. 3. Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues, such as order discrepancies, product defects, by coordinating with relevant departments; Initiate returns or replacements as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Streamline projects: collaborate with company G&O on the program management. 5. Cross functions operation: accept new assignments during CSBG sections of CS, Logistics and CSBG Admin , and own ability to handle the cross functions operation.

【Mission】 Own the end‑to‑end regional logistics network for spares—covering materials flow, inventory integrity, import/export compliance, 3PL performance, and customer service levels—to minimize fab downtime and maximize on‑time delivery with cost discipline. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Ops/Inventory: plan/control flow & data; ensure critical parts; run multi site WH/resupply; escalation; align to build plans; own financials/budgets; drive 8D/5 Why/Fishbone. • Compliance: SOX/ISO, safety, environmental, quality; BCP readiness. • 3PL/Systems: 3PL governance; WMS/SAP integrity; improvements & deployments (ECC/S/4/EWM, WMS, TMS); QC KPIs/training • Local transportation:　Develop and execute transportation strategies aligned with company goals. • People: hire/develop/evaluate; high trust, data driven, customer first. • IE & Customer: value stream, time/motion, capacity/bottlenecks; data prioritized fixes; A3/Kaizen/RCCA; SOP/WMS/TMS/SAP updates; customer window; voice of the cusotmer→projects; change control.
