The Wulfridge Lab aims to answer fundamental questions in epigenetics, R-loop biology, and genome organization in cellular function and disease, with a focus on breast and ovarian cancer. Lab members will learn and perform wet-lab techniques including tissue culture, CRISPR cloning, and proteomics; as well as bioinformatic analysis of genomics datasets in programming languages such as Python and R.
