Required Qualifications ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years directly managing software development projects. ● Methodology Expertise: Proven mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience acting as a Scrum Master is highly desirable. ● Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical dependencies, and common software architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices). ● Tools Proficiency: Expert use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for tracking progress, managing backlogs, and reporting. ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification is highly preferred. ● Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
