－Partner closely with software engineering leaders (VPs and Directors) to ensure rapid development progress, faster decisions through clear priorities, and expedient closure of blockers －Maintain a dashboard and regularly present progress reports to company and partner executives, highlighting key milestones, risks, and next steps. Provide clear context and recommendation on major decisions －Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams and partners regarding issues, needs, and requirements. －Assist engineering teams in prioritizing and triaging customer requests to align with business objectives and resource availability. －Manage escalations from partners, identifying root causes and driving resolution in coordination with relevant teams. －Monitor and evaluate execution costs, including tools, equipment, and headcount, and prepare recommendations to support management approval processes. －Build and sustain strong working relationships with partner software leaders, ensuring transparent communication, timely updates, and effective handling of partner requests. －Collaborate with product planning to lead engineering teams in developing demos and performance benchmarks

－Product marketing, planning, and strategy for AI data center products (e.g., Server CPU, AI accelerators/XPU, switch/networking products, optical interconnect) －Product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements definition through development, launch, go-to-market, and end-of-life －Proactively identify new market opportunities and initiate new product concepts based on market trends, customer pain points, competitor analysis, and technology evolutions. －Develop and communicate clear value propositions and product stories that resonate with customers, stakeholders, and executive leadership. －Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, business development, marketing, and support teams to successfully deliver and launch products. －Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy, pricing, and positioning. －Engage with key customers, industry leaders, and ecosystem partners to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and drive adoption.

1. Business Development: Access to US Tier-1 customers and discuss product requirements, synthesize industry trends and establish relationship. 2. Product Marketing/Management: Developing key strategic plan, annual marketing plan, and product launch plans. Work closely with RD/Technology PM team to secure projects Design-In/Win. 3. 在手機SoC平台上分析及優化遊戲性能，具備以下相關工作經驗尤佳： 1. 嵌入式系統的效能、功耗或Thermal溫控分析優化 2. 手機遊戲性能功耗優化或遊戲引擎技術開發優化 主要工作內容： • 從遊戲行為分析遊戲性能瓶頸及功耗組成，並透過優化平台軟體調控技術，達到提升Mediatek平台的遊戲體驗的目標 • 與遊戲工作室合作，透過遊戲行為分析，建議工作室遊戲體驗優化方法 • 透過軟體調教，協助Mediatek及客戶達成遊戲性能功耗的產品目標

1.擁有視覺設計美感，熟悉Photoshop、Illustrator、Premiere等軟體。 2.負責公司品牌形象、產品推廣、平面設計、網站設計等視覺設計。 3.完成各類網頁及平面設計工作，如一頁式網頁、宣傳海報、Banner、名片等。 4.社群行銷圖片設計、影片剪輯（Youtube、FB、IG粉絲頁及廣告）。 5.線上線下專案活動視覺設計。 要求： ◎對美學和視覺設計原則有深刻理解，並能夠創建引人注目的視覺素材。 熟練掌握Photoshop和Illustrator等設計工具，並具有實際設計經驗。 ◎具有良好的自我學習能力，積極追求專業成長。 對工作充滿熱情，能夠在壓力下保持高效率，並追求優秀的成就感。 ◎應徵時請附上個人作品集連結 (平面設計作品集，有短片/攝影作品者加分)
