負責機器人整機之軟韌體燒錄、版本與序號設定、線上功能測試、校正、不良分析、維修及複測，確保產品功能、安全性、測試資料與追溯紀錄符合工單、規格及交付要求。 一、測試準備、燒錄與線上功能驗證： 1. 確認機型、版本、測試項目、治具及測試環境，異常或資料不完整時立即回報。 2. 完成 SN、參數及客戶指定設定之寫入、綁定與版本核對。 3. 執行安全功能測試與必要校正。 二、不良分析、維修與複測結案： 1. 針對測試不良進行初步故障隔離與原因分析，並保留錯誤碼、Log、照片或影片。 2. 執行檢查、拆裝、換料、重工及維修。 3. 維修後複測及結果確認，並填寫紀錄；異常須立即升級回報相關技術單位。 三、設備、文件與生產技術支援： 1. 建置與維護測試環境，負責日常點檢、版本管理及異常回報，建立 SOP、判定標準、維修指引及限度樣本。 2. 配合試產、技術移轉、測試站建置、治具驗證、產線改善及人員訓練。
