Skills: - Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes, modifications, sub-modules and complete systems. - Mature soft skill for people management - Good mind-set and personality: Target oriented, process driven, systematic and critical thinking - Good communication skills in both, verbal and writing - People management / development Others: - Other tasks assigned by supervisor
