This position is responsible for resolving customer quality related issues and acting to resolve quality problems.This team will act as a key point of communication with customers on subjects as examples but not limited to customer complaints, customer requests. If have over 1 years quality related experience will be preferred. 【Key Responsibilities】 1.Customer claim and CAR disposition & follow-up. 2.Customer audit arrangement and finding follow-up. 3.Regular audit report preparation and meeting with customer. 4.Interface between PTI & customer on quality issue. 5.Strengthen customer relationship. 6.Satisfy customer on quality service. 【Problem Solving】 Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area; evaluates and selects solutions from established options 【Interpersonal Skills】 Uses communication skills to exchange information; fluent English skill is perfect. TOEIC at least 600.

1. 半/自動組裝線參數DOE驗證、CPK數據彙整、追蹤 2. 半/自動組裝線SOP、PFMEA、CP文件撰寫、維護 3. 半/自動組裝線進行動作優化及效率工時及良率分析改善 4. 產線產品不良分析、短/長期對策施做、跟進 5. 客戶不良品分析、8D報告撰寫 & 改善對策跟進預落實 6. 與RD討論產品規格、與廠商討論設備規格 7. 新開案全系列產品需求進行半/自動組裝線各單元設備規格評估. 8. 輔助設備工程師與設備商討論動作原理、驗證、測試…等項目 9. 半/自動組裝線周邊量測儀器評估. 10. 配合產品專案短期海外出差技轉 1.Process Validation: Conduct DOE (Design of Experiments) for semi/fully automated assembly line parameters; compile and track CPK (Process Capability Index) data. 2.Technical Documentation: Author and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and CP (Control Plan) documentation. 3.Optimization & Efficiency: Perform motion studies and optimization to improve cycle time, labor efficiency, and yield rates. 4.Defect Analysis: Analyze production line defects and implement/track short-term and long-term corrective actions. 5.Quality Management: Conduct failure analysis on customer returns (RMA), author 8D Reports, and ensure the implementation of improvement measures. 6.Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate with RD on product specifications and negotiate equipment specifications with vendors. 7.Equipment Evaluation: Evaluate unit-level equipment specifications for semi/fully automated lines based on new project requirements across all product series. 8.Engineering Support: Assist equipment engineers in discussing operating principles, validation protocols, and testing procedures with vendors. 9.Metrology Assessment: Evaluate peripheral measurement instruments and gauging systems for assembly lines. 10.Global Support: Execute short-term overseas business trips for technology transfer (TT) in coordination with specific product projects.
