【AITE】(Automation Infrastructure and Tools Engineering) team: provide automation & tools solution to support server design, validation and MFG production. (1) BMC/BIOS/HW/performance test tools and automation (2) MFG L6/L10/L11 etc. test solution (3) Automation test platform development 工作內容: 1.負責伺服器診斷軟體與自動化測試工具開發，支援 Design Validation（DV）與 Manufacturing（MFG）需求。 2. 開發與維護 X86 Server 平台診斷工具、自動化測試程式與 Validation Framework。 3. 設計與實作 Diagnostic Features、Test Scripts 與 Validation Utilities。 4. 執行系統除錯（Debugging）、問題分析（Troubleshooting）與 Root Cause Investigation。 5. 分析 Server 平台相關問題，包括 CPU、DIMM、NIC、GPU、Switch、Storage、NVMe 等系統模組。 6. 持續優化自動化測試效率、軟體品質與開發流程。 7. 帶領小型開發團隊，掌握專案時程、交付品質與問題收斂。 8. 與硬體、韌體、Validation、Manufacturing 團隊跨部門合作，快速定位與解決問題。 9. 支援量產環境之問題分析、測試改善與軟體優化。 ※依學經歷、工作年資敘薪 Job Description: 1. Develop server diagnostic software and automation tools to support Design Validation (DV) and Manufacturing (MFG) environments. 2. Develop and maintain diagnostic tools, automation test programs, and validation frameworks for X86 server platforms. 3. Design and implement diagnostic features, test scripts, and validation utilities. 4. Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation. 5. Analyze server platform issues related to CPU, DIMM, NIC, GPU, Switch, Storage, NVMe, and related subsystems. 6. Continuously improve automation efficiency, software quality, and development productivity. 7. Lead small development teams and manage project execution, delivery quality, and issue closure. 8. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, validation, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. 9. Support production issue analysis, test optimization, and software enhancement.

在創新與品質中穩定前行：部門產品主要是環保PU的水性、生物基biobased、無溶劑PU塗佈合成皮產品。品檢人員的協助可讓我們將產品在不斷環保創新的環節也確保品質的穩定性及客戶的需求達成 1. 進行原物料以及部門產品的品質檢驗，將結果紀錄並與R&D及業務分享。 2. 進行生產線產品的抽測。 3. 學習導入客戶所需的測試方法與規範。 4. 與SGS、Intertek、BV等檢測驗證機構討論測試方法，申請寄送樣品進行物理性與化學性測試，並將測試結果與報告彙整留檔。 5. 管理測試儀器及確認每年進行校正。 6. 協助執行ISO管理系統相關文件及流程。 7. 執行主管交辦事項。 Quality Control-PU Business Unit Ensuring performance quality among eco-friendly innovations: the department mainly develop and produce eco-friendly PU coated products like water-based, biobased, or solvent-free PU coated products and synthetic leather. Quality control personnel can help us continue forward with greener innovations while keeping our performance quality promises to our customers. 1. Perform various incoming quality control tests for raw materials and outgoing quality control tests on our finished products. Record the data to share with sales and R&D teams for further analysis. 2. Perform quality control tests for materials from the production line. 3. Learn and adopt new customer testing methods and standards. 4. Work with SGS, Intertek, BV, etc. to test our materials for a variety of physical property and chemical property tests, organizing the test reports. 5. Manage the testing lab equipment, making sure they’re clean, maintained, and calibrated periodically (for some equipment we contract with outside calibrating services). 6. Support the execution of ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems and documentations. 7. Execute management’s tasks assignment.

1.測試與評估:膠材配方進行功能測試、穩定性分析與失效分析，確保產品符合標準與良率。 2.技術文件撰寫: 紀錄研發過程、撰寫技術報告、操作手冊。

參與電源產品(UPS, Inverter, Charger)開發設計，職缺包含 - 硬體線路設計 - 編寫韌體程式 - 結構包裝設計 - 熱模擬分析 電源產品功能測試驗證 新零件或新架構評估導入

1. 負責伺服器產品整機機構設計（chassis、堆疊布局、零件選用、散熱與線纜配置等），依客戶需求進行高度客製化開發 2. 整合機構與電路架構，分析產品布局、零件選用與堆疊配置，產出機構架構規格書與設計文件 3. 與 EE LAYOUT、控制工程、供應商 DFM 對口協作，協同推進設計優化、DFM 改善與量產可行性評估 4. 規劃並執行可靠度驗證測試，依測試結果分析根因並提出機構設計優化方案 5. 帶領小組成員執行專案，運用品質管理手法協助跨部門解決系統面問題，提升產品穩定度與良率
