Handle non-conforming materials, returns, and scrap procedures in accordance with company policies. 12. Optimize warehouse layout for space efficiency and productivity. 13. - AI 研發設計經理 1. 研發與產品設計參與：主導或參與 AI 系統、軟硬體整合架構或應用層的設計與開發，將商業需求轉化為具體的技術實作路徑。 2. 技術專案管理與推進：主導跨功能團隊（演算法、硬體、系統整合、產品）的專案規劃，控管研發範疇（Scope）、時程與交付質量。 3. 風險控管與工程治理：評估技術可行性，提早識別研發過程中的潛在風險，並制定應變方案。 - AI 研發技術課長 1. 前沿技術研發與指導：帶領團隊進行 AI 模型研發，深入探討並實作包含電腦視覺（Vision）、視覺語言模型（VLM）、視覺-語言-動作模型（VLA）等前沿技術。 2. 研發團隊管理：指導並培育工程師，提升團隊程式碼品質、研發效率，建立良好的技術分享文化。 3. 技術落地與應用擴展：除了深化 Robotic AI 的應用（如具身智能、模擬環境與實體部署），亦需評估如何將現有 AI 技術遷移、擴展至其他具潛力的應用場景。

•Quality System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system. •Product Inspection and Standard Formulation: Formulate detailed and compliant product acceptance criteria by reviewing design specifications, and establish perfect inspection standards and processes for raw materials, semi finished products and finished products. •Quality Problem Analysis and Handling: Take the lead in analyzing various quality abnormalities and defects in the production process. Assist production/quality departments in test yield improvement. •New Project Quality Control: Participate in the quality risk assessment of new product, new process, new equipment and new material introduction, and formulate corresponding quality control plans and inspection standards. •Customer Complaint Handling, Cooperate with the sales department to handle customer quality complaints, conduct in depth analysis of returned products, coordinate relevant departments to formulate improvement plans and track the implementation effect.
