Activities: ＞Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, retailers and (key account) customers during the sales process. ＞Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process, support on specification and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers. ＞Performs technical sales support at customer sites, or on a multiple-site basis ＞Collaborates with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers‘ requirements ＞Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, maintenance of products and inspection of return claim products. ＞Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. ＞Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. ＞Response for product and technical training to customers. ＞Responsible for new product application and testing. ＞Prepare technical documentation for presales, sales and after sales. ＞Identify and visit third-party technology providers, conduct subsequent product testing for both parties, and explore business opportunities. 工作內容： - 在銷售過程中，為銷售代表、零售商和（重點客戶）客戶提供技術支援。 - 在銷售過程中，為投標方案、項目和技術文件提供技術支持，協助制定產品規格，並識別現有客戶的額外銷售機會。 - 在產品安裝現場提供技術銷售支援。 - 與銷售團隊合作，開發並推薦滿足客戶需求的產品和服務。 - 為客戶提供售後技術支援服務，包括安裝、故障排除、問題解決、產品維護和退貨產品的檢驗。 - 解答客戶關於操作和故障的問題。 - 負責為客戶提供產品和教育訓練。 - 負責新產品的應用和測試。 - 準備售前、售中和售後技術文件。 - 尋找並拜訪第三方技術供應商，為雙方進行後續產品測試，並探索商機。 Qualifications: ＞At least 3 years’ working experience in Engineering industry for technical services & support, preferably with experience in KNX/ETS solution, after-sales handling/management, and related in the field of motorization/automation business. ＞University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related disciplines. ＞Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic products. ＞Local language is a must. Fluent in spoken and written English is essential. ＞Experience & knowledge in KNX/ETS solution. 1.蒐集銷售團隊或客戶所反映的產品品質相關問題與抱怨。 2.彙整所有蒐集到的資訊，並進行後續追蹤改善及對策。 3.於 48 小時內完成 D1～D3 階段，並回覆客戶。 4.與同仁合作進行初步分析，並帶領跨部門團隊找出問題根因及擬定解決方案。 5.於 7 個工作天內（緊急案件需更短時限）完成 D4～D7 階段，並由跨部門團隊協助完成最終報告。 6.依客戶需求參與相關會議。 ※ 每次出差約 1～3週，預計累計 2～4次 ※ 一年累積出差時間約 3個月以下 1. Collect Customer/Field quality related complaints from Sales team and/or Customer directly. 2. Put all collected information together for follow up. 3. Finish D1~D3 and get back to customer within 48 hours. 4. Work with colleagues to make preliminary analysis. Lead a cross functional team to dig out root cause and work out solutions. 5. Finish D4~D7 within 7 working days (or shorter in case of emergency). A cross functional team will support to finalize the report. 6. Join the meetings requested by customers.
