Position Description Title: Assistant Professor (or Associate/Full Professor) Quota: One Deadline for application: January 20th, 2026 Appointment start date: August 1st, 2026 Qualifications: 1.Possess a doctoral degree from a domestic or foreign institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. Postdoctoral research experience or relevant professional experience is preferred. 2.Should not be a current full-time faculty member or full-time research staff employed within the established staffing system of any public or private university or academic research institution in Taiwan. 3.Demonstrated proficiency and enthusiasm for English-medium instruction (EMI). 4.Specialization in plant or microbial biotechnology; applicants with expertise in biochemistry or molecular biology will be given priority. Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will serve as a full-time Assistant Professor (or higher) and be responsible for teaching, research, and service duties.
