負責產品：Server/Core Router/TelePresence 1. 負責與客戶溝通與交流, 全程掌控產品從NPI到MP階段產品的報價, BOM的導入, 物料和生產狀況跟進, 達成客戶commit 數量。 2. 依據客戶Forecast資料以及物控、採購等人員提供的物料狀況, 結合生產線產能、設備、治具、以及各單位人力配備等情況, 協助PC排程規劃。 3. 每週與客戶 review 需求狀況, 分析 EDI comparison & load MPS, 及時向客戶反應需求狀況。 4. 工程項目和工程異動的管理.主導專案的工程變更, 通過協調工程單位和生產計畫。 5. 定期 review inventory, 檢討 PPV 和 E&O, 及時向客戶索賠。 6. 管制生產進度, 主導CFT處理生產過程中發生的物料短缺、工程、品質問題, 掌握並及時彙報專案進度, 協調各方資源, 保證項目品質和完成時間 。 7. 完成 cost down 目標, 提升利潤。 8. 協調客戶與工廠之間的各項事項, 做好客戶與工廠之前的橋樑。 9. 客戶關係維護。
